CANSO has partnered with the SESAR Engage 2 Network<\/a> and CANSO Member Firstfruits Services<\/a> to find out what younger people in the aviation industry or current students in related subjects, feel about their future opportunities and the challenges aviation faces.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The initiative supports the development of the Tomorrow\u2019s Voices: Future Skies activities that will take place on Thursday 21 March at Airspace World, the world\u2019s largest ATM and near space event, in Geneva from 19 to 21 March.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eduardo Garcia, Senior Manager Future Skies, CANSO, commented: \u201cThrough this survey, we aim to understand the experiences of students and young professionals in our industry thus far, along with their perceptions of future challenges and opportunities.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He adds: \u201cAs we move towards realising the Complete Air Traffic (CATS) Global Council\u2019s vision for the skies of 2045, the input from this generation, who will be at the forefront of managing those skies, is indispensable. Hence, we are organising the Tomorrow\u2019s Voices events at Airspace World, where the survey results will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategies.\u201d Anyone between the ages of 20-28 is welcome to take part in the survey, which must be completed by 16 February. Survey participants will be entered into a draw to win Euros 100 towards the cost of their travel to Geneva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
